We can't thank Jenn Robirds enough for the fantastic job she did as our wedding planner! Our wedding was everything we could have dreamed of and so much more, and we owe so much of that to Jenn.
We thought that we were just going to want a "day of coordinator" since I knew I was going to be very hands on with planning the wedding, but after meeting with Jenn and reviewing her packages, we decided to go with her partial planning option. I am so glad we did! We live in LA, but our wedding was in Sacramento at my grandparents' house, which made finding the right vendors a daunting and frustrating task. Once we found Jenn, everything got so much easier! She found us the perfect caterer, DJ, rentals, lighting, and transportation. She helped us negotiate with each of these vendors to get exactly what we were looking for, and was so helpful and patient with my many, many questions along the way. She was so thorough throughout this process, making sure we had everything we needed in place for our big day.
In addition to being our planner, Jenn did all of the flowers for our wedding and she did an absolutely amazing job! Our flowers were STUNNING and so abundant! There were flowers and greenery absolutely everywhere all over our venue. My bouquet was so lush and gorgeous I didn't want to put it down. Jenn was able to get all of our flowers at wholesale cost, and she passed her savings down to us. This allowed us to get so much more bang for our buck, which contributed in a big way to the overall ambience of our venue space. I honestly don't know how she did it all, but she did a phenomenal job!!
On the Tuesday before our Saturday wedding, the weather report had taken a turn for the worse and we began to realize that we were going to have to make some major changes to our plan. Jenn sprang into action and on Wednesday morning she was at our venue with a rental company measuring the space for a tent. She told us not to worry, that she would make everything look like we had planned it that way all along, and she absolutely delivered on that! The new plan that she came with turned out even better than our original plan. The tent she rented was actually really beautiful, clear top with a really cool chandelier. And while we didn't end up needing it for rain, it was a really nice addition to our space.
I could go on and on about Jenn and how amazing she is. She is incredibly professional, calm, straightforward, super creative and talented, and a fantastic problem solver. On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing, and our families could relax as well and enjoy the day, which was very important to us. Every detail of our wedding was executed to perfection. Jenn has a fantastic eye, and did such a great job setting up our space. I loved walking through it and seeing all of the little special details. She went so above and beyond, and we are so incredibly grateful. We highly recommend hiring Jenn! It will be the best planning decision you make!

"Get a wedding planner" is fine advice but here's the good bit - you should hire Jenn Robirds. You'll get organized, benefit from having a real expert and while you may be skeptical, I can assure you that you'll save some money.
Jenn kicks some major derrière. Beyond being witty, frank and detail-oriented, she's amazingly qualified and knowledgeable. Her ability to mix business acumen with artistic sensibility is an inspiration. It's rare to find someone who can gracefully bring your half-visions to clarity, negotiate your contracts and design the perfect lavender-inspired bouquets for your wedding party.
I could go on and on about her skills. In the interest of time, I'll share some highlights from Jenn's tasteful design and superb production of my 260-person wedding: (1) Jenn gracefully handled a situation that my husband and I have taken to calling "the Great Wine Debacle of 2015" - it's a story with a happy ending. (2) I'm pretty sure she made a pact with Mother Nature to procure peonies in March. (3) At your request, Jenn can and will very politely wrangle out of hand guests and groomsmen.

If you are planning a wedding or social event, run - don't walk - and hire Jenn to be your coordinator. I could not be more pleased with her work on my recent wedding. Jenn is organized and professional and her design aesthetic is impeccable. We clicked from the moment we met at the first bridal show I attended after getting engaged. She was never too busy to answer my emails, and gave me honest and thoughtful advice at all times. I wound up using Jenn's floristry services after seeing some photos of her other events. That, too, was a blessing. My flowers were so beautiful and unique!
She made sure that my wedding went off without a hitch. Well, there MAY have been a hitch or two, but if there were, I was totally unaware of it, which is exactly what I wanted. Jenn took the worry out of getting married. She anticipated all of my concerns before I could even voice them. She and her staff made sure that my day was perfect.
Jenn is truly a gifted and talented planner. She made my wedding as wonderful as I hoped it would be. I cannot recommend her enough.

Jenn is amazing!! I met her at a wedding expo a year before I got married. Her booth was gorgeous and I loved her style. I hired her as my planner and my floristry designer.
