{Jenn Robirds Events} Kaitlyn & Jake

Kaitlyn and Jake’s love story began 15 years ago when they were both in high school. We established a great relationship with these two as we planned their wedding together over an 18 month period. You might recognize this summer wedding from it's feature in Style Me Pretty and if you haven’t we encourage you to check it out here! Kaitlyn and Jake wanted a wedding that was classic, romantic, and fun. These two fell in love with the first venue they visited; Taber Ranch. This venue is located in the beautiful Capay Valley and has breathtaking views and vineyards. The addition of coarl charm peonies to the floral arrangements was just the bit of color popping fun this rustic ranch style wedding needed. Personalized details were a special part of this wedding. Kaitlyn and Jake designed their menus which allowed them to share some of their favorite foods and drinks with their guests. Planning and producing this wedding with this couple was an absolute pleasure!

A look at his and her wedding details.

Taber Ranch offers this daring bridal bus for brides to get ready in.

These bouquets were composed with a blend of florals to compliment the bridesmaid dresses along with the coral charm peonies that were the pop of color that Kaitlyn was looking for.

We worked with Farm to Table Catering to create both delicious and beautiful food and drinks items that were special to Kaitlyn and Jake. Kaitlyn loves mexican food so carnitas tacos were served as an appetizer. The darling welcome drinks, pictured above, with thyme and lemon peels clipped to the glass were created with the bride and groom as well.

What's not to love about a unique ceremony arbor!?

Kaitlyn and Jake's love for wine was the perfect reason to design an escort display with guests seating arrangements on wine bottles.

These bright and beautiful peonies stood out and paired well with neutral table runners and linens.

Cross back chairs paired with long farm tables were just the rustic look this ranch setting needed.

Kaitlyn and Jake rejoined their guests with their first dance on a hill just above the reception area.

We just couldn't get enough of this arbor; so we brought these pieces down the hill after ceremony and placed them around the lounge in the barn.

Everybody loves a late night snack!

Congratulations, Kaitlyn and Jake!
